Our Team

  • Jessica Lesperance

As a mother of three and a trained Birth Support Companion, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through the transition to parenthood and the profound identity shifts that come with raising young children. Having worked in both corporate and nonprofit settings, I also bring a practical understanding of burnout and resilience. I focus on supporting adults navigating perinatal anxiety, birth trauma, and the complexities of balancing career demands with family well-being.

My approach integrates person-centered principles, attachment-based perspectives, and nervous-system-informed frameworks like Polyvagal Theory to foster safety and emotional flexibility. My style is warm, real, and down-to-earth, providing a collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. Practicing under the supervision of Aline Maia, a registered psychotherapist, I am here to help you build the tools to feel more regulated, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

I bring a blend of professional training and lived experience to my practice, drawing on my own journey with ADHD and the complexities of growing up in a multicultural Mexican and Lebanese household. This allows me to offer a practical, empathetic, and culturally humble perspective. I have a special interest in supporting adolescents and adults navigating neurodiversity, intergenerational family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and crisis management.

My collaborative, client-centered approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and humanistic values. I focus on helping you develop a healthier relationship with difficult emotions while building strategies for focus, regulation, and daily functioning. Practicing under the supervision of Aline Maia, a registered psychotherapist, I am committed to creating a calm, non-judgmental space, working at a pace that respects your nervous system and helps you take meaningful, values-aligned steps forward.
